• We strive to arrive within your scheduled time window, but delays may occur due to traffic or job overruns.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing is based on volume, weight, and the type of material being removed.
• Final price will be confirmed onsite before the job begins.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other accepted forms as agreed.

4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

• Provide safe, clear access to the junk or debris
• Disclose any hazardous or restricted materials (e.g., chemicals, asbestos, flammables)
• Ensure that all items to be removed are clearly marked or communicated
• We reserve the right to refuse service if the job is unsafe or violates any laws or regulations.

5. Prohibited Items
We do not handle:

• Hazardous waste
• Biohazards or medical waste
• Certain electronics (where prohibited by law)
• Items that are too large/heavy for safe removal
• Contact us in advance if you are unsure about a particular item.

6. Liability
We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to property or items
• Damage caused by improper access or unsafe conditions on the premises
• Items mistakenly included for removal if not clearly marked
• While we handle all
  removals with care, accidents may occur. Please notify us immediately of any issues.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• No cancellation fee if canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
• Refunds are not provided once service is rendered and accepted.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion for any reason, including abusive behavior, unsafe conditions, or non-compliance with these terms.
